Sweepstakes Name: Ranch Wine Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Sweepstakes Dates: Registration begins at 12:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on 07/06/2026 and ends at 11:59pm CT on 09/30/2026 (the “Registration Period”). Who may Enter: Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of California, who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter, participate or win:

All information submitted by each participant is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at Privacy Policy - Viña Concha y Toro. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant hereby agrees that Sponsor may collect and use their personal information, as detailed in the Privacy Policy, and acknowledges and agrees that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Released Parties to use winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes (including on Sponsor’s social media) without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Entrant further hereby acknowledges and agrees that if they are chosen as a winner for any prize, certain of their identifying information may be disclosed to third parties, including, without limitation, on an online page listing the prize winners.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related phone numbers may be blocked.

Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and opting-in will not improve your chances of winning. By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, text, mail, phone or any other form of media to make entrants aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or future sweepstakes, contests, promotions or offers. Each entrant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address, name or mobile number will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, mobile numbers, identities, or any other methods void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized email account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. All entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the official rules of the Sweepstakes.

Winner Selection and Notification (maximum 1 winner): On or about October 1^st one (1) potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, that will be conducted by the Administrator. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared that month’s official winner of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential prize winner shall be notified via email following their selection and determination as a potential winner, to the email address associated with their selected entry. Entrants are solely responsible for checking their email for any notification including junk or spam folders. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any incorrect email addresses provided at the time of registration, failure in delivery of any notification email due to spam filter, junk, quarantine or any other failure of delivery or receipt for any reason.

If a potential winner fails to respond, or the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a selected potential winner via email notification for any reason, within forty-eight (48)-hours from the initial notification attempt to the email address associated with that participant’s entry, then that participant may be disqualified and the associated prize shall not be re-awarded, except as noted herein. During winner notification process, the selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the designated prize award (see below). If any selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or is unable or unwilling to accept the associate prize or elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified. Any disqualified contestant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation.

To be eligible for a prize, each winner shall be required to: 1) complete and return in the manner as instructed by the Administrator (via online submission), within two (2)-days of notification, a prize acceptance form, including an age verification; 2) if requested by Sponsor or Administrator, present a copy of a valid social security card and/or a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with residential address as a condition of receiving any prize; and 3) pay all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded.

In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes, and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. No assignment, cash redemption, substitution, or transfer of any prize is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution in connection with any prize, or any act or omissions whatsoever by any prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services. Federal and state income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the prize winners, regardless of whether the prize is used in whole or in part. If the Prize must be used within or on a specific date and the winner is unable to use the Prize during the required time period, the winner will forfeit the Prize. All prize details, except as otherwise expressly set forth above, shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and Administrator. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use which are not specifically included in the applicable prize description above, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, and other expenses, are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an entrant wins a prize and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. An entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes the express permission for the Released Parties and their respective designees to contact the entrant by telephone, email, and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes. The winners, by acceptance of a prize, grant to the Released Parties and their respective designees the right to publicize and use the winners’ names, cities, counties, and states of residence, prize information, photographs, voices, statements, and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion, and trade, and for any other purpose, in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation or further compensation, consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrant ineligible for any prize.

By participating, entrants agree to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold all Released Parties harmless from any and all claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the receipt, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize (or any portion thereof), or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor. Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. The Released Parties disclaim all liability for the inability of an entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Released Parties’ control, or otherwise. The Released Parties disclaim any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Released Parties disclaim all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason including, but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, force majeure, government regulatory action or ruling, fraud, misconduct, or if any technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination. Sponsor/Administrator also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Washington; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and in no event will entrant be entitled to received attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
